Security

  • CCTV coverage at building entrances.
  • Out-of-hours security and emergency support available when needed.

Fire Safety

  • Smoke detectors installed in each apartment and communal areas.
  • Emergency lights in apartments and communal spaces to help guide occupants to emergency exits in the event of a power outage.
  • Weekly testing of the fire alarm panel.
  • Monthly testing of emergency lighting systems.
  • Fire action plans displayed at building entrances and throughout the property.

Access

  • Intercom system to help identify visitors before granting access.

Weekly Property Inspections

  • Weekly site visits by property managers to ensure the property remains in good condition and that any maintenance concerns are identified and addressed promptly.

Wellbeing

  • Trained Mental Health First Aider within our team, available to provide support and guidance.
  • Information on GP registration and mental health support services provided at move-in and displayed on the notice board at each property.
