At Rengen Lettings, we want to make your move as easy and rewarding as possible. Check out our current offers below – available when you sign your tenancy agreement with us.

1. One offer per tenancy. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Each tenant may only redeem one promotional offer per tenancy agreement.
2. Valid upon signing. All offers are redeemed upon the signing of a tenancy agreement with Rengen Lettings. Offers cannot be claimed retrospectively on existing tenancies unless explicitly stated.
3. Refer a Friend. The referring tenant and the referred friend must each hold a tenancy agreement with Rengen Lettings in different properties or flats to qualify. The £100 Amazon voucher is ordered by the Lettings & Management team once both tenancies are confirmed.
4. Paintworks Bus Pass. Available exclusively to Paintworks residents who are current students. Valid bus passes include the University of Bristol Uni Year (Bristol Zone) or UWE Uni Year (Bristol Zone), each valued at £485. The tenant must purchase the pass via the First Bus app; Rengen Lettings will refund the cost upon confirmation. Applicable to 12-month tenancies starting September 2026.
5. Subject to availability. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. Rengen Lettings reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at its discretion.
6. General. Offers apply to individual tenants and are non-transferable. Rengen Lettings reserves the right to refuse any claim where it reasonably believes the terms of the offer have not been met. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
