- Aged between 25-60
- In full-time employment in the UK
- Salary must be at least 3 times the aggregated rental of which they are guaranteeing.
- UK Homeowner
- UK Citizen
If no suitable UK Guarantor is found. potential applicants have the option following two options:
- Agreement to pay rental term in full prior to the start of tenancy
- Use the approved third party company to act as your guarantor: Housing Hand

Right to Rent
Private landlords and agents are legally required to check the immigration status of all tenants, lodgers and any other adults who will be living in the property.
