Deposit
The deposit will be the equivalent of one months rent (£500 Minimum) unless stated otherwise.

Guarantor Criteria

Aged between 25-60
-
In full time employment in the UK

Salary must be at least 3 times the aggregated rental of which they are guaranteeing.

UK Homeowner

UK Citizen
If no suitable UK Guarantor is found. potential applicants have the option following two options:

Agreement to pay rental term in full prior to the start of tenancy

Use the approved third party company to act as your guarantor: Housing Hand
Rengen reserve their right to withdraw from the application at any stage prior to a tenancy being signed.

Tenancy Agreements
Right to Rent
Private landlords and agents are legally required to check the immigration status of all tenants, lodgers and any other adults who will be living in the property.
The right to rent check has to take place before the tenancy starts.
You will be asked to provide documents to show you have the right to live in the UK, either permanently or temporarily.
